Payscale for employees hired more than 20 years ago still exist, but are considered to be irrelevant here. Be aware that it takes very long time to reach FO top, presently the payscale counts 15 steps with one step up every two years. So presently FO top will be reached after about 30 (!) years and Capt top will be reached additional 16 years after promotion.
