  Current Situation:  
There has been a long period of being understaffed. This resulted in part time requests being denied and workload increasing. Continued pilot recruitment is going well. The first part time requests have been approved now. Lots of internal upgrades to command happening. Contract improvements are being negotiated with DHL HQ. The goal is to close the differences in older UK and new Austrian contracts. 7/Mar/25
