Total time: 3,000 hours flying time
Command time: 1,000 hours out of which 500 hours must be on any of the above equipment
Also, the Captain must possess Air Transport Pilot Licence with a valid Class J medical. |

RECRUITMENT PROCESS FOR CAPTAINS / FIRST OFFICERS
Please note that Stage 1 of the recruitment process will take place in Lagos.
Stage 2 will be in London Gatwick.
Stage 1
Personal interview ? approximately 45 minutes to convince us of your suitability to join Arik Air. This is your opportunity to convince us that you are the sort of person who will thrive in an environment where hard work and effort are paramount.
Stage 2
A pre-simulator briefing
Simulator assessment in a B737 or B757 simulator ? 45 minutes as both pilot flying and PNF. We assess basic handling skills, CRM and flight management.
Simulator briefing
Technical Assessment ? 45 minutes assessing your technical knowledge on your current / previous aircraft types |
