road shows for pilots who have applied online .1st day Aeronautical written test (50 Qs) and aptitude test (10 Qs).If you score around 60-70% then interview with a very friendly board of 4-5 (fleet and training managers)If you are rated in Saudi types lots of technical Qs.If not some basic Qs (i,e recall items on B737) etc. Immediately they tell you if succeed .They welcome you to he company ,unless you totally bust the Sim check or dont pass the Med. 23/Dec/14
