Roster Roster is changing a lot on non active weeks. Its not same like in DAC/Malta. During summer season a lot of night flights, charter flights and enjoyng the views from BUS window. Many times bus transfer on the first off day up to 6 in the morning. Very uneven roster. Winter season 15-30 hr per month. Summer maybe 80-90. Year total varry a lot. If LTC 750-850hr. IF CPT 600-700hr. To many pilots for now. Many leaving.

Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
Hiring. Situation unchanged for winter of 2024, low hour FOs making less than 300/400e per month after paying TR. Bases mostly outside of PL, situation dependent on the base. Luck-based system. Great costs, living out of savings airline with very poor treatment of the flying crew. The management "adjusted" the pay rates - payrises only for CPTs (6 e/SBH), for FOs no changes at all. This means, that FOs have been on the same rate since 2019, so considering the infaltion eur course and constant SBH cuttings, they now earn 2 times less. 24/Feb/25
   
  Outlook:  
Pay review for 2025 resulted in +6e/sbh pay increase for CP and no change for FO, as company says there is too many FO. Lowest morale ever and getting even lower. FO report to be flying around 30-40h on average during winter, slightly more for CP. Situation „promised” to be solved by lower crew ratio per AC for the season. Save up money during season because you need it during winter, especialy with PLN incrasing it’s value against EUR, high social insurance and bond 750e net first 12 months and 1000e net afterwards for 17 months. B2B contracts to be continued for as long as legally possible. 7/Mar/25
