Current
Situation: |

Company ceased to exist. All 4000 staff made redundant |

Outlook: |
Expansion slowing, cost cutting due group wide losses, mostly because massive fuel hedge losses done by Cathay management. Expansion stopped, rumours of some of old A333s being returned to lessors. All Training Captains (LFI/LFE) downgraded to line captains, only Senior Training captains (TRI/TREs) remaining in their position due reduced need for training. Command training slowed down significantly. Further cost cutting expected. Increasing resignation rate of pilots. |
