  Current Situation:  
Hiring expats and Saudi Captains, Saudi FO/Cadets only 4/May/23
   
  Outlook:  
Lots of minimum rest, 10hrs. 30hrs rest every 6 days in a layover station, not in homebase. Company requests pilots to give days off every month. Expect to fly 1000hrs/year. Salary reduction several times during the last 6 years. Also Roster keep changing continuously due to Capt, FO shortage, recently we are flying more than what we are paid for due to paying based on blocked not actual 21/Oct/24
