Keep in mind SAS has added so called PR days in the collective agreement, 15 times a year SAS can deduct 6.4% for each day from your salary between September and May, a maximum of three days a month affecting salaries significantly some months.

Employment Situation For Pilots

  Current Situation:  
Company now out of Chapter 11 but still not profitable. Many crew unhappy with management. 7bn SEK has been saved from yearly expenses and further has to be done. Removed the opportunity to get vacation in prime season, every 4th year you can expect vacation in July. Otherwise it will be the first 3 weeks of June or the last 3 weeks of August. They also want to cut the rate to work on days of by half. From 8/14% of monthly salary to 4/7% to save 1bn SEK/year further. 7/Mar/25
