Recruitment Process

Apply online, called for interview at LGA. 50 question ATP questionnaire, followed by a Logbook audit (looking for failed check ride (Skill Tests)). This is followed by an interview with a HR person and a Line Pilot. If successful the candidate is invited for a sim check which is completed on a Beech 1900D simulator. If successful candidate is invited to complete fingerprints and drug test. Candidates are normally called with in two weeks with a class date (providing nothing came up on the background check). 21/Jul/10
