Recruitment Process for Eurocypria - Stopped Pilot Jobs	last update
4 phases in 4 days. Held in Larnaca by former Swiss recruiting agency. 1st day 14 tests. High failure rate. 2nd day group exercise and interview with psychologist. 3th day sim and when succesful you will be invited for the interview. Looking for local pilots and they do have a lot of them! Be aware since they do invite foreigners as well (EU recuirement). Seems nice and professional company to work for but it's better to keep your application investment in your pocket. Practice aptitude and psychometric tests here.	14/Nov/06
