Roster	Very unstable rosters, lots of changes during the month, lots of Layovers during the whole year, in winter season only Layovers except LEJ base. Layover depends on the deal with rostering.summer and winter average 23 and more days in hotels ( 4 * hotels bed and breakfast)	31/Aug/24

Current Situation:
Hiring. CGN base closed. Limited communication between management and pilots. Many pilots leaving. One aircraft permanent in Turkey. PAD base half year outside Germany half year shuttling between PAD and BJV /AYT. Layover between 10-16 days with not more then 4 flights/layover. Rest standby. Stby not paid. Hotel only bed and breakfast. Average hours between 40-50h/month.	17/Nov/24
Outlook:
No further aircraft. Lack of pilots. Many pilots are frustrated and leaving.	22/Jan/25
