Massively hiring and very positive outlook. Avoid however if you are not from the area already. Living expenses in Luxemburg are absurd, so most people live in the cheaper bordering countries where quality of life is very low and still expensive because of the vicinity to Luxemburg. Expect 1+ hour commutes per one way if living outside.
